Unbelievable white powdery sand beach just 30 steps from the condo. The normal rate is $174 per night. This is a temporary special offer. This is a true one bedroom that sleeps up to six comfortably. This is not one of the studios with a small bed area that others in the building (Pats at Punaluu) try to pass off as a one bedroom. This is the ground floor corner unit and the most preferred location so you can avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. Everyone agrees that this unit is absolutely the best location in the building. The latest luxurious upgrades include a $3,000 reclining massage chair, granite counter top, travertine type flooring and state of the art ceiling fans. There is a Deluxe King bed with pillowtop mattress in the bedroom, a full size “top of the line” futon couch which is more comfortable than a bed, 2 single futons and even an extra mattresses with pump and lots of extra linens. Enjoy the Pentium IV computer in the bedroom that has high speed internet access and Wi-Fi for your laptop. There is plenty of quality snorkeling equipment, quality Boogie boards and even a movie video library and books. The full kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, track lighting, microwave containers, Chef’s knife set, deluxe toaster oven w/rotisserie, automatic rice cooker, 2 color TVs, VCR, DVD Player, Deluxe microwave, coffee maker and grinder, Kenmore washer/dryer, remote phones and clock radio/CD player in the bedroom. Most of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself. Hauula is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki and is about 50 minutes to an hour drive. It is not far from the Polynesian Cultural Center. The city bus line picks up directly in front of the building. Sunset Beach is about 20 minutes away. Many movies have been filmed in the area and “Lost” is presently filming in Waialua past Haleiwa. Foodland Supermarket is a major chain in Hawaii and located ten minutes away. The ocean is calm because of a reef area 1/4 mile out which blocks the waves. Young and old will enjoy snorkeling and swimming. Enjoy amenities like professional Bar-b-que area, gym with sauna, swimming pool next to your unit and sunning area behind your unit. The parking stall is included and located right in front of the unit. The condo extends from one end of the building to the other and measures approximately 850 sq. ft. I have dropped the price to $129 for any amount of time except the Holiday period from December 15 to January 15. This is a temporary special rate.
