We are presently offering our custom 3/1, 1200 square foot main house on a 5 acre gentleman’s estate, 1000 feet above sea level, surrounded by a diversified fruit orchard and expansive horse pasture.
Our Livingroom-kitchen-diningroom have vaulted open beam ceiling, Australian Cypress flooring, Venetian plaster walls, Koa window trim, with gorgeous views out every window and leading out to a covered lanai with table and chairs. We just got new couches, and have a great hutch for your flat screen. (we will be taking ours with us…)
We have a beautiful chef’s kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove, one full bath with ‘on demand’ hot water, and washer/dryer.
We are set off the main country road by a 300 yard private driveway, so we are secluded, yet just 5 minutes to Hanzowa Store, Makawao and Haiku Towns (with markets and restaurants), 10 minutes to Hookipa wind/surfing, and 15 minutes to the famous Paia surf town, Baldwin Beach, Pukalani Golf Course, Pukalani Community Swimming Pool (free), and Piiholo Zip line.
We have a dart board, basketball hoop, horse shoes, Bocci, lots of lawn for games, a fire pit, and a 2 car, 3 sided garage under roof to the house.

The house will be available starting July 10th or so, with the end date negotiable.

We are asking $2500 a month, including cable, water, gas, electric, trash, grounds, and all the fruit you can eat!
Plus a month’s rent for security deposit. And sorry, this is a non-cigarette property
